Privacy notice.

1. 01Who we are

   Navigait is run by Yusuf Choudhury in London, United Kingdom. Contact for anything in this notice: Yusuf@yusuf-choudhury.com.

2. 02What we collect

   Student tools (Tracker, ESAT Prep, TMUA Prep): nothing. Your saved dates, plans, answers and scores stay in your browser's storage on your device.

   Launch list and newsletter: your email address, the module you signed up for and confirmation that you are 16 or over. We don't ask for names, schools or dates of birth.

   CV review (/roast), when switched on: the text of the CV you upload is sent to OpenAI to generate feedback. Navigait does not store the CV or the feedback.

   Accounts (members area, not yet open to the public): your email, account type and subscription status.

   Server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

3. 03Why we use it (lawful basis)

   Launch list: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

   CV review and accounts: to provide the service you asked for (contract).

   Server logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

4. 04Who we share it with

   Service providers that run the site for us: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), AI feedback (OpenAI, CV review only) and, when payments open, Stripe.

   Processors for the career OS: Supabase (accounts and database), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), OpenAI (CV review and optional marking), Brevo (transactional email, including a parent checkout link), and job sources Adzuna, Reed, Greenhouse, and Lever.

   We never sell personal data and we don't use advertising trackers.

5. 05How long we keep it

   Launch list entries are kept until launch communications end or you ask us to delete them. Device-stored data stays until you clear it.

6. 06Children

   Student tools need no account. Under-16s are not added to the launch list. We design to the ICO's Age Appropriate Design Code (Children's Code).

7. 07Your rights

   You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, or object to or restrict its use. Email Yusuf@yusuf-choudhury.com; we respond within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

8. 08International transfers

   Some providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum.

   We'll update this page when the product changes and note the date below.
